A new season is almost upon us, teams are returning for pre-season training, friendlies are being arranged and played, registration forms have been filled out, coaches have collected the sign on fees from their teams, we are almost ready to go. Every team now has the minimum number of players registered with across the three different leagues out teams will play in this year.
We are still in need of a little help - we urgently need sponsors for 2 of our girls team, if you know anyone who owns or you work for a local company that would like to support girls football here at AFC please get in touch with Tracey Stephen and she will be able to share the benefits of supporting our teams has.
This coming season we will have 23 teams with over 300 players representing us in the Weetabix, Northants Ladies and girls and NYDAL leagues.
We have a coaching team numbering 43 for the forthcoming season, a massive thank you from us to each and everyone of them for giving up their time and sharing their knowledge with our club.
We will let you know as soon as the fixtures are released from each league, we can then really start getting excited!

Just a little heads up - Our first team are now "Home" in Rushden so getting to watch them is that much easier. here are the fixtures for the 2017 - 2018 season. It would be great to see you and your kids down at Hayden Road (don't forget, our kids get in free to league games)
